Original white dial remains clean and evenly toned with no visible spotting, moisture damage, or evidence of refinish. Applied baton indices are straight and evenly set, with crisp printed minute markers. Original dauphine hands appear correct and free from corrosion. Stainless steel case shows honest, visible surface wear throughout, including fine scratches to the bezel and case flanks consistent with age and regular use; no deep dents and no evidence of aggressive polishing, with overall case proportions retained. Case-back displays light wear with serial engraving remaining clear. Signed IWC crown present and correct. Sapphire crystal shows light surface marks only. Supplied on an aftermarket leather strap in used condition, fitted with a genuine IWC stainless steel buckle showing light wear.
Performance: Quartz movement running correctly. Overhauled by an independent Japanese watchmaker in March 2024.
