Refund policy

Returns and refunds are not accepted for change of mind or once a watch has been worn.

Returns and refunds are only accepted if:

• The watch arrives damaged during shipping, or
• The condition does not match the description and photos provided.

If there is an issue, you must notify me within 3 days of delivery with clear photo or video evidence.

If your return is approved, you’ll receive return instructions. Watches must be packaged as originally received, and returned using trackable shipping with signature upon delivery. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
