This Cartier Tank Must, reference 5057001, is a Small Model vermeil quartz Tank dating to 1994–1995, presented in Cartier’s compact rectangular form.
Why It’s Special
The Tank’s geometry has remained central to Cartier since the early twentieth century, and the Must programme carried that design into a more accessible late-century setting. The Small Model is especially faithful to the elegant, jewellery-like proportions that make a classic Tank such a natural unisex dress watch.
Condition
Excellent condition with bright, even plating and sharply defined hallmarks (“ARGENT 925 / PLAQUE OR G 20 M”). The ivory dial remains clean and evenly toned, complemented by strong blued hands and a well-preserved cabochon crown. Case shows light hairlines from normal wear. Fitted with an aftermarket black leather strap and a genuine Cartier buckle.
